How to make this bracelet?
I was watching Tyler Oakley on YouTube, and I was wondering if anyone knew how to make his bracelet, or what it was called so I could look it up and figure it out. It’s shown clearly in this video (.08 – .12)
ok are you talking about a bracelet that is round and has small swirls going around it?
what your going to do is
1. buy some string. they sell it at michaels or walmart.
just ask for colored string to make bracelets with and they’ll take you right too it.
2. pick your colors. pick at least more than three because two would be pointless, and thin. three is the smallest to go.
3. take your strings, and make sure they’re all the same length. i dont know your wrist size, but measure them from the tip of your middle finger to a couple inches past your elbow, to be safe.
4. take your strings, and make a small slip not at the top out of all the strings, and make it tight. thats how you’re going to tie your bracelet when your finished.
5. take one of the colors, doesnt matter which, and seperate it from the rest. then pull it around all the other strings, and tie it.
so saying that you’re right handed, hold the beginning of the bracelet in your right hand.
pull the one string over to your left, and over your left hand pointer finger.
then pull the bottom of the string over all the rest of the strings, and tie it through.
i hope this is making sense.
so just keep doing that with the color of choice, and move on when you’d like a new color.
your basically just tying knots in your string.
you should start seeing the swirls forming.

ok, then once your finished and think the bracelet will fit your wrist,
pull all the strings into one knot so you’re bracelet doesnt come apart.
put bracelet around wrist and pull all strings through the hole you made at the biginning and tie around it to make knot.
so there you go!
its pretty addicting.
i make bracelets all the time now.
