Ryan Norman (Princess aka Cindy)of Zoom did she have a sister that played the sister of the bad spy kid agent?

When I watched Zoom which was an excellent family movie Ryan Norman looked just like the little girl in the movie Spy kids 1, and 2.
Same quircky little head movements, cocky smile, and cute face. The girl in Spy Kids was playing the part of the sister of the bad kid agent that had a crush on Carmen, and their dad became the director in II.
Who was that girl?

Ryan has an older sister named Jessica (see IMDB bio below) but Jessica is not linked to Spy Kids (or any other movie or TV show).
