I am trying to look for an old kids TV show that i used to watch. It was in the 90′s and i believe that it was

British. It was of a boy and girl i think and they had this little toy car with a red heart on it, and it could transform from a big car to a small car, small enough to fit in one of the kids pockets. Does anyone know what i am talking about. Can someone please tell me the name of the show.
